A two-month voyage around the Australian Coast was terminated days after the fatal incident of an elderly woman who was abandoned by the vessel on a isolated coastal location.

The elderly woman had been walking on the remote island with fellow passengers from the vessel, but broke off from the party for a rest. The vessel sailed away leaving her and returned later that day after the crew became aware the passenger was missing.
